There are many exercises you can do with DMoose hanging ab straps. Here are a few examples:

Knee tucks: Hang from the pull-up bar with your arms fully extended and your knees bent. Pull your knees up to your chest, keeping your core engaged. Lower your knees back down to the starting position.

Oblique crunches: Hang from the pull-up bar with your arms fully extended and your knees straight. Crunch your body to one side, bringing your elbow to your knee. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

Hanging leg raises: Hang from the pull-up bar with your arms fully extended and your legs straight. Raise your legs up until they are parallel to the ground, keeping your core engaged. Lower your legs back down to the starting position.

Hanging windshield wipers: Hang from the pull-up bar with your arms fully extended and your legs straight. Raise your legs up until they are parallel to the ground, keeping your core engaged. Slowly move your legs from side to side, keeping your legs straight. Return to the starting position.
